When a rural village lacks government funds to build a sewage treatment tank, but discovers a loophole with a federal grant to make a film, the residents creatively decide to make a B-grade sci-fi monster movie about their own sanitation problems to secure the money.

An unconventional solution to a universal problem, this hilarious film features Fernanda Torres and Wagner Moura. Both nominated for lead performance Academy Awards in the last couple of years for I'm Still Here and The Secret Agent.
