How can I become a member?
You can buy your membership online using the links above. If that’s not convenient, you can also call our friendly team on 020 3011 5523 during box office opening hours. You can enjoy your member’s benefits right away by logging in to our website or simply giving your name at the point of purchase.
How do I renew my existing membership?
If you are renewing an existing membership, log in here using your email and password, then click ‘My Membership’ in the menu on the left of the page. You can check when your membership expires, and find a link to renew it.
How do I set up a new Joint Membership?
To set up a new Joint Membership, both members must first have Lexi accounts. Start here if you need to register a new account. You’ll need to know their postcode plus their Patron Number – shown at the end – to register them as a joint member. Remember, if you get stuck you can always phone us on 020 3011 5523.
