HOW TO COLLECT YOUR GIFT ORDERS
Membership Gift Sets
Once you've placed your order, we’ll send you an initial email to confirm that it has been received. When your gift has been made up, you will receive another email from us letting you know that it is ready to collect. This will be 2-3 days after the order was placed, but sometimes sooner if we can! Please note that for orders placed on Friday, the earliest collection date will be on Monday. Once you have received your collection email, you can collect your order from the box office from 11am on weekdays, and from 4pm on Saturdays & Sundays.
Please have your confirmation email ready to show us so we can find your order.

Our £10, £20 and £30 vouchers are delivered virtually via email.
