Sarah Outen's Home + Q&A

One woman's global journey - London2London - under her own steam

Showing Times

Tue 29 Oct 18:20

Sometimes you have to travel a long way to recognise the place that is home, both literally and spiritually.  Such is the quest that adventurer Sarah Outen set herself between 2011 and 2015 when she circumnavigated the globe under her own power, travelling over 22,000 miles and encountering widely divergent cultures, terrains and climates. Along the way her blog attracted thousands of followers who were engaged by Sarah's humour and vivacity.  Woven out of hundreds of hours of footage from the journey, the doc is full of jeopardy, the wonders of the wild and kindness of strangers, along with mental and physical exhaustion - and even the prospect of a new love in her life.

Thrill to Sarah's experiences from the comfort of your Lexi seat, and then enjoy the chance to learn more from Sarah in the live Q&A afterward.
