If you’re buying for someone else and you want to keep it a secret, fill in YOUR address, email and phone number below – we can change them to the member’s details once you’ve handed over the gift.
If you’re happy for the member to collect the membership themselves from the Lexi, make a note of the temporary membership number – you’ll be given it during this online booking process – and ask them to bring it with them to collect their card.
