Our Charity

100% of The Lexi’s profits go towards improving the quality of life for the people of Lynedoch Village in Stellenbosch, South Africa.

Every ticket, every membership you buy, every bowl of popcorn, every glass of wine and every event you hold at The Lexi goes towards making a real difference to the lives of the families at Lynedoch.  Mike Day of Intrepid Cinema visited the Sustainability Institute at Lynedoch and made this series of films, giving you a glimpse at some of the brilliant projects on the go right now.

Here’s what’s happening, thanks to you:

With the introduction of Lexi membership, there is an opportunity to obtain enhanced funding by making the membership “donation” gift-aidable. As it seems that the Lexi itself is not a charity, the solution may be to tie in membership via The Sustainability Institute which, I assume, is a registered UK charity.

Thanks for the tip M&B – we’re looking into this. Will let you know what we find…

It really feels better if you are person who willing to donate for charity. Charity really need a person that has a good heart and willing to help others. You can also give donation not only giving materials but in other way like organizing events for charity.
