    how much is popcorn

  • Sara

Incredibly unhelpful to just refuse to take a booking because “our computer is having problems”
How about some flexibility/customer service when something like that happens?

  • Lexi

Hi Sara – looking into this for you now.

  • Alex_star_17

Is Monday £5 for adults who aren’t members or £10.50?

  • Alex_star_17

Is Monday £5 for adults who aren’t members or £10.50?

  • Carin

Hi Alex. I’m not sure if this has been picked up – our usual person is on holiday this week. Just in case not, Monday is £5 all day. With membership any ticket is reduced by £2 so members get in on Mondays for only £3! Thanks for you enquiry.

  • CO2

Unless you are blind it clearly says £5 for Mondays.

  • Lindsay

How much are opera tickets? Are there any concessions?

  • Jojomar

How much is it of you are blind then CO2?

  • Mum of 3

Can one buy tickets in person at The Lexi?

  • Fdff

how do  ibook online?! crap website!

  • Molly

I cannot find a price for the special events live from NT anywhere on your site. How much is it?

  • Carin

The NT Live tickets are £12.50 – which compares well with other local (Notting Hill) cinemas which are charging £15!

  • Steve

Are you going to be screening The Artist soon?
    Thanks.

  • Carin

Hi Steve. Yes, The Artist is coming to the Lexi! Look out for it in the first week of March, along with our selection of other Oscar treats.

  • Fbkazan1

Your website needs sorting out desperately.

  • Spam

Why do you have this feature on your site?  You have not posted an answer to questions for 8 months!

  • Carin

Hi Spam – all of these questions have, in fact, been answered personally rather than posting the replies in public.  I’ll post this answer, though, because you’ve raised a good point.  Thanks!

  • Deborah

This website is hard to understand/navigate.  Above you say ‘online booking fee is £1′.  It is even referred to on your out-of-hours ansaphone message.  Yet – trying to find the online booking section is impossible.  Give me a hint!   Where do I go?!!.

  • Carin

Ouch! You’re not the only person to find it less than clear so we are currently having a bit of a facelift, the express purpose of which is to make booking tickets clearer and easier.  But in the meantime, some booking help.   Anything in pink is a link – “think pink for the link”. On the Home Page, at the top, click on Today, Tomorrow, Future or Month at a Glance to see our programme.  Clicking on the (pink) screening time will take you straight to a booking page; clicking on the film title will give you more information about the film plus a “Book Now” section of all the screening times.  To book from there you just click on the pink time of the day you want.

I hope this is helpful!  Watch out for the enhancements to the website – in maybe 6 weeks – and in the meantime feel free to call the ticketline – 0871 7042069 – for any more immediate questions.

  • Nina

What is the entrance price for tomorrow Bank Holiday Monday 7 May?  £5 or £10.50?  I think it should be £5 otherwise it’s too expensive for many of us to afford.

  • Anonymous

    Hi Nina.

I am happy to say that our “£5 Monday” still applies on the Bank Holiday. Enjoy!
    Best wishes,

    Carin

I notice you offer student discounts.  Is there discounts for unemployed or low income?  £10.50 is very expensive as a mid-week price which is a shame as your local to me and I’d like to use the Lexi more.

  • The Lexi

Are you aware of £5 Mondays?  All day, all shows, only £5.  And that reduces to £3 with a Lexi membership…  The Monday screenings tend to be very popular so it’s a good idea to book.  We hope to see you there!
